Hello im have the gaxaxy s4,im looking for a new weather app that will follow me where I go and update the weather within reasonable time.maybe with a few beels an whistles.

I would suggest WeatherBug. I'm sure there are many others that can be had as well. All available from the play store. WeatherBug is free and there is an elite version with more bells and whistles that must be purchased.
