Weather Clock Widget

Can someone explain why the weather is disappearing on the clock widget? Sometimes I have to sync it to come back on the home screen. When the weather disappears I still have a internet connection. I noticed it today that I was having this problem. I contacted Sprint just to get this notated on my account. I read this on the forum before but I can't find it. How can I stop this from happening?

I had the same problem...you have to have auto sync enabled in settings

Go to; Settings>Accounts & sync>Auto-sync
Just check the box and you'll see the weather on the widget all the time, i have it off cuz its really not that useful and waste battery, but if you want it, go for it.
