Help Weather data not updating

I am new to Wear so this is probably on my end, but I have tried three different watch faces that include weather data, such as current temp, hi and lo temp, and current conditions. The problem with every one I've tried is that they are always way off. It's as if the watch is never -- or very seldom -- refreshing the weather data. The weather cards that get displayed from Google Now are current, but not the watch face. At first I thought it was the watch faces themselves, but after seeing it happen with three different ones, all from different developers, it makes me think the problem is with the watch itself or my understanding of how this is supposed to work. Any suggestions appreciated.

What faces are you using? I find them not as accurate as the cards, but close enough. Right now my watch is showing 45 & clear while the Now card show 51 & clear. That could be a simple function of where the datapoint on them was catured (hill or valley, sun or shade).

Thanks for the reply. I am currently using Weather Watchface. I have also tried InstaWeather and I don't recall the other one which I have uninstalled. You may be right -- this morning it was off by 7 degrees, but just now it's showing the same.

^^^I've only had my watch for a couple weeks, but I find some thing sync faster than others, and weather seems to be the slowest. My guess if battery life tradeoff.

Do you have the Pro version of Weather Watchface? It allows you to configure the polling interval, which *could* help. You can also change between the Open Weather Map and Yahoo Weather providers to see if one is more accurate than the other in your location.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did go ahead and upgrade and tweaked these settings. We'll see how it goes.
I just set that as my watchface using Open Weather Map and a 30-minute polling interval. we'll see how it goes. :)

Hey! It showed 50*F earlier, and now it shows 51*F. Whether it's accurate or not is another question, but it does seem to be updating for me!

Mine seems to have updated regularly throughout the day as well, so I'm guessing yours was just an issue of polling intervals. Glad to help you figure it out though!

It helps if you know where the Wx monitoring point is.

for me, the closest point is a high school in a town 12 miles away from me.
their temps are usually within 2 or 3 degrees of ours here at home.
I have a digital indoor/outdoor and my outdoor sensor is just poked thru the screen. If the sun is shining on it, the thing shows several degrees warmer than actual ambient air temps.
