Weather 'refresh' on the lock screen?

I noticed that when enabling weather information on the lock screen, the weather data doesn't refresh. Even unlocking the phone, going in to the app that's apparently feeding the info (Accuweather) and refreshing it, doesn't bring about a 'refresh' of the lock screen data.

I don't see any settings that would control this. Does anyone have any ideas?

Settings, security, lock screen options, weather on/off, now you should see an auto refresh option.
