Weather that does not constantly update

Is there any weather app that does not stay running? One that just runs and gets data when you click on it. Does NOT put an icon on the task bar, JUST runs when YOU want it to do so?????

I use Accuweather via HDwidgets and it only updates when I open it, couldn't you go into the settings of whichever app you use and change the refresh rate?
 
Practically all weather apps Ive uswd can do what you want. Just go into their settings, disable notification and set refresh to manual.
