Help Weather Widget

[sholzman1]

With the update of the phone, my weather widget disappeared (as did my sticky note). I want to find the same or similar widget - one which shows the weather when I am on my main page, and one which I can easily add other cities and just as easily look at the weather in other places. I loved my weather widget and can't find one that is as easy and as useful. Can you help? Thanks.

I use the Weather Channel. New UI is pretty clean, but it does have ads.

I'm trying out the Yahoo weather app, it allows you to also setup other cities and you can also set it up to "follow you" for your current location weather.

I use the weather underground.

You can do the same thing with the new Weather Channel.

i've long used the weatherbug app. temp of your chosen city right in your notification bar, pull it down to see some details, touch the details in the notification bar and it'll launch the app.

GO Weather EX

3D Digital Weather. I use it because it's a clock and weather rolled into one. Plus it has battery info, system info (storage, temp), and it's big enough for me to see it from a distance.

Plus.. the best part. NO ADS

I LOVED the weather app that I had but with the latest update for my Razr 16gb it is gone! It was a full screen app that showed the weather in the middle and then what the weather was doing as a wallpaper (sun if it was sunny, rain- it would rain on the screen like looking out of a window). It was the best and now it's gone. Any ideas?

AccuWeather and The Weather Channel are two great weather apps. Also, check out the new intellicast app. Very good for radar images.

I just look out of the windows saves time having to unlock phone.

I really like the 3D Flip Clock & Weather app.

@bodycount, with the 3D Digital app doors the city change as you enter into different cities or does it stay with original city you enter at set up?

My long-time favorite is 1Weather by OneLouder Apps. Both the widget and the app provide a clean, simple interface that gives you all the good stuff you want to know with just a glance (or just a couple taps/swipes in the app). Very intuitive while still looking classy and being useful. I think there are ads, but I never notice them.
