Weather Widgets not refreshing

Anyone else having problems with the Weather Widgets app clock not refreshing? The weather seems to do its job every 30 minutes, but the clock gets stuck at times. Like today, it was 3 hours off. Anyone know of a fix for this? I checked for updates, but no luck.

Download a Task Manager application and Exclude the app from kill. This will keep it from getting killed manually or during normal process cleanup.

I use a paid app called Advanced Task Manager.

Agree with the above suggestion. My clock wouldn't update as well and I included it in the Ignore List of Advanced Task Killer. It's been working fine ever since.

I have found that it is smart to exclude any of the clock widgets (Flip Clock w/Weather or Beautiful Wigets) and also your LiveWallpaper.

Not sure why, but it just seems that the Android Platform can use some better process management.

I will boot up my phone, launch Advanced Task Killer and kill all (excluded apps keep running of course), and after a while, without doing ANYTHING to my phone, I start ATK and see processes running that I never even started...

I wish I could get rid of this damn Amazon MP3 store... lol

I actually put all the widgets I use that refresh automatically on my Ignore List, like Facebook, Pure Calendar, Pure Messenger, Google News and Weather, etc.

I wish I could get rid of this damn Amazon MP3 store... lol
