Help Weatherbug stopped working

Has anyone else's Weatherbug stopped working since they got updated to 2.2? Mine did. I uninstalled it and then re-installed it, but still no luck. The reinstalled worked for a short time while it tried to locate me using GPS; however, when I then input my zip code, it crashed and continues to do so. Anyone else? I love Weatherbug. :(
 
Dang...I wonder what's screwing this up. It vibrates once, then two quick vibes, and then gives me the "Force Close or Report" screen. Nuts.
 
I uninstalled it and installed, works great now. Oh try turning GPS off, restart the phone and then turn GPS back on.
 
Both me and my wife have transforms and we both are having major problems with weatherbug. Force close and not loading. Uninstalled and reinstalled and restart phone, no luck. Now trying to find a replacement for now until they get this fixed. Really liked weathebug because you were able to change the colors.

Am referring to the free version.
 
Mine sorta works - it updates the notification bar with the temp, and sometimes lets you go to the home page. But then it crashes if you try to move from there. Looks like I'm not alone. Bummer, really like Weatherbug.
 
same problem for me. Seems to be working okay...until I open the app. The Widget crashed after the update, so I re-installed the widget and that seemed to fix it. I'm sure that Weatherbug will get an update to fix whatever the problem is...just gotta give 'em time to work it out. Afterall, this thing has only been released for a couple of days.
 
My weatherbug crashed as well.. many times. And I had the free one. I basically just uninstalled it. Then reinstalled it form Market Place. It took a few tries, but it seems to be working now. It still freezes every now and then but not EVERY TIME like before...
 
I reinstalled it with a "new" widget and it still crashes. I still get the temp listed in the notification bar, but if I open the app, all bets are off on how long it'll work.

Same thing here.

I went into manage applications and clearing the "cache" and the "app data". That worked enough so I could start WB, but then after I tried to set it up, it crashed again. I think it may have something to do with Location settings.
 
Id reccommend to use Beautiful Widgets for all your weather related needs until a solution becomes available for this.

I use that on my home page, but sometimes I like to get details for places I travel to.
 
Now Weatherbug is not working for me. What would be a better alternative that has similar functionality Weatherbug that is free?
 
fyi, WB hasen't been updated since 12/2/10 (Version 2.5.288) which added support for 1.5 devices. So I guess we have to wait till they update 2.2 or 2.3
 
I recently installed the 2.5.379 version of the WeatherBug program, and I have had nothing but issues. It crashes every time that I try to open it now. I'm hoping they come out with a fix for it soon! :(

Get WeatherBug Elite. It's $1.99 but it works.
