Help Web homepage problem

Hi,

I'm having a weird problem with my stock web browser on my S2. Whenever I open it, instead of going to my homepage it goes to www.goolgle.com (note the misspelling of Google) and of course returns an error. I've checked my homepage settings and it is set to Google (correct spelling) and even changing it to something else doesn't work. I've reset everything to default and cleared the data cache from the browser, restarted the phone, but it still doesn't help. What do I do? It's very annoying. Thanks for any help.

Have you tried with a different web browser to see if it's doing it there

I have, I've tried it on Dolphin and Firefox as well and it does it there too, even if I set something else as the homepage. In fact even if I don't set something as the homepage it still redirects to goolgle.com. I'm starting to think it's a virus.

FIXED: So I did some more searching and finally find a thread where someone had the same problem. Turns out it's a glitch when using Go Launcher (which I do), and the fix is to delete the web browser app icon and then simply add it again. Fixed it for me in all web browsers. Strange but true.
