hello.
I would find documentation for create solid web services for consume they with android
What are the solutions for create web services in php?
I read that symfony 2 has some bundles for facilitate the rest web services creation.
2)but , principale : I try to find documentation(or better, books)for the understanding the object structures and the db that make a web service that "do the work" also for complex structures and this is indipendent from the language or the web service type rest,soap , xml ecc.....

The "work", other than the REST, SOAP, whatever you choose, is entirely up to you, not to some package. You decide what data you want, what data you'll provide back, how you'll do it, etc. It sounds as if what you need is a course in programming, since "how to provide what to a user" is basic to any programming.
