Help (Web)Show Desktop Version instead of Mobile

Ok I am wanting to force my phone to show the desktop version instead of the mobile version of websites. The problem is the only instructions I can find are the about:debug ones and the UAString option does not show up on this phone. Anybody have a solution for this?

Use a different browser. Personally, I use Miren. The UA is easily changeable and it performs better.
