Help webpage not available

My phone was working perfectly until today, now when try to get online it says Webpage not available. But if my modem is on then i can get online via wi-fi.
The signal on my phone has four bars. I dont know what i press or unchecked. I'm still getting my emails on my phone.

I am having the same issue but more so! Every time I go to a web page I have to reload it once or even twice to get onto the page at all!

This is getting very frustrating!

Do you have a data plan?

Next to the 4 bars, do you have an H, G, E, icon or just the bars?

Under Settings>More settings>Mobile networks is Use packet data checked?

I have the same issue as the OP. I do not see an H G or E next to the bars. And yes the "Use Packet Data" is checked. everything works good on WIFI, but when its not on, I cant access things like facebook or the internet. I dont even see ANYWHERE that im on the 3g network. AT&T phone so i dont think theres 4g here... idk how that works

Looks like they still have me on the Iphone data plan..... Issue resolved!
