I have a galaxy tab 2 and it connects to WiFi just fine. I know the WiFi signal is strong because it works on my phone and laptop just fine. But when I try to go on the Internet or the play store on my tab 2 it always says webpage not available. I lost my charger for about five months and just found it. This all happened when I used it again. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks

Before trying anything else first?
Mason, does other stuff work? Can you receive emails etc?
If you head to Settings -> Wireless & Networks -> Long Press the Connection Name -> Modify -> Advanced. Are Proxy/IP settings all set to automatic or None/DHCP?
A factory reset should be the last resort, not the first option.
Try rebooting your router and, once it's reconnected to your internet service, check the Tab 2 to ensure that it's logged-in correctly. If so, try connecting to a site that gave trouble previously.
