Website Plugin problems

Hi certain websites I go on to watch live football streaming have a banner across the page stating I must install a plugin. When I click the llink though nothing happens. Is there a particular plugin I should use? ( I have Adobe Flash installed but still no joy).

Also, what is the best way to get rid of the annoying 15 second adverts that also appear?

Best to show us the links in question, they sound a bit dodgy to me though. As for adverts i believe you can only block them if you are rooted, i use dolphin hd browser that has limited advert blocking which may help you.

Plugins are typically for PCs, not for mobile devices.
