Anyone weight lift? i used to be strong as a child lol but alas not that much anymore been spending to much time playing garrysmod,hanging out with friends and drinking ...oh and going to bestbuy lol. i bought a weight set 500 pounds have a bar thing with a thing to lay down on Rofl im to tired to read the name and 2 hand weights.
and yes i am asking this on The android fourms despite the fact that we/us/you got beat up in high school ... Im kidding the apple fan boys are nerds and got beet up in high school by the win.DOS club formerly the football team but the stadium got torn down and they took on the name of WIN.DOS cause it sounded gangster Rofl


any reviews on power shakes and protein shakes and the like welcome

nope no drugs not anymore lol i lost the ability to buy a certain plant lol im jk havent done any since middle school

k my brother can lift 596 pounds and he started at 15 or so rofl but all he does is eat got to work eat workout sleep ..Repeat and one Saturday we go and play dnd/warhammer 40k and various other games

What do you mean by healthy? Does your diet consist of oatmeal and salads? or maybe a sammich for lunch and full meal in the evening? Not enough calories is gonna result in min results.

The 40/40/20 split Urban mentioned is probably the least intrusive to incorporate into your eating habits.

P90x was good when i did it for a coupla months too. u can maybe add that as an ab routine away from the gym or at the gym.
 
I use an app called Strength. There's a free version with ads, and it explains how to do a bunch of different lifts and has videos of form. Best part is it's very easy to set up. It doesn't support every type of workout, though
