Help Weird battery issue

My phone can be chillin at 70% battery life then suddenly the LED is blinking red and it is reporting 5% (which is weird since the Droid only reports intervals of 10...). A simple restart fixes it, but has anyone else had this problem? It has happened 2 or 3 times now over the past few weeks.
 
Just happened me a few minutes ago...started to freak out but like yourself it came back after a power down cycle. This is the first time that it happened to me though.
