Weird battery problem, please help.

Hello all,

Every so often after a battery pull my battery gauge will go way down with red light flashing and everything. It will then start to climb back up to the original value.

Any ideas?

There is something I am not understanding, my cell standby is at a very high percentage and says of the 14 hours of on time, 50% was without signal. I am in a full signal area. What's going on?

i first noticed that a couple of weeks ago, the battery was nearly full , i took the battery out and when i put it back in about 30 seconds later the guage was at red. i first thought WTF (lol) was something wrong but then noticed that it started to go back up. ive had to do it a couple of times since but it doesnt seem to do any harm
