Has anyone else gotten an email that looks like its from Samsung and asks you to add their email to your contacts? I wasn't born yesterday. And that email address traces to Adobe Inc. WEIRD eh. Maybe I'm on to something. I overlooked this email till today.

Maybe Adobe has contracted or partnered with Samsung for this service? Adobe is apparently a reputable US company. Perhaps someone else knows more.

Are you actually a Samsung customer with an account? if not then just delete the email.

Looks legit, they're not asking you to click on anything, and adding them to your address book means it wont go to spam, that is, if you GAS about their emails :)

The only way I knew that was Adobe was because the ip is registered to Adobe. It is meant to be deceiving

You think Adobe impersonating Samsung and the only way to know its adobe is from the ip register to them is legit

I was a loyal Samsung customer until my uprooted s20 ultra 5g got malware on the system partition and I started getting the run around. Samsung even thinks i altered the software.

I'd download the original ROM from Samsung ans re-flash it, that will get rid of anything that's messed with the system partition. - I'm not a Samsung expert, but I'd think you'd use Odin for this.

My company is a dba, and when I send an email, the header information domain does not match the domain in my email address. Why do you suppose Adobe, a multi billion dollar company, would counterfeit emails just to get some guy in Canada to make a contact list entry? The domain on the email is samsung.com. Crossref through a named server and see what it says.

Sure you can, just install Calls Blacklist Pro from the Play store and use that to block calls. You can also use it as the default SMS client to block spammy texts as well.

that is not what he is saying. head on over to sammobile and find the firmware specific for your device and flash it using odin. a firmware is the same thing when you update your phone thru the phone's settings except this can also be done manually.
