Help weird floaty box

I keep getting a weird green box that travels around my screen highlighting everything in turn. Then i get a list appear on the screen that looks like a menu. This overlays any app on my phone. Nothing can be clicked on the list. It reads as follows

Quick settings
Overview
Disable auto-select
The phone works fine but this pops up constantly and i need to know what it is. Please help

So what phone have you actually got there, make, model, Android version and carrier? I've never seen anything like that before.

I have an lg g4. Uk o2 network. Android lollipop. All updated etc. All i can put it down to is an app i had to boost my battery. It started after i had that. It was go battery saver. But I'm not able to get app permissioms now on new installs. It tells me I have to disable overlays that i don't have enabled

Maybe you have talkback turned on. It's on settings>Accessibility

That's the only thing I know that has always had a green box around everything I press on.
