Help Weird Icon

Hi

An unusual icon has appeared in my gallery.

Can anytone tell me what it is? When i tap it, the picture i took appears. But when i go back it looks like the picture attachment.

According to thedroidguy this means your MicroSD card where you saved your pictures to has become unmounted even though it is still in your device. He has a step by step recovery process on his site but it is not guaranteed to work. Here's the link. Good luck.
