Hello everybody. I've recently got a new Samsung Galaxy s4 and noticed a weird issue about it. In the notification panel, right in the corner of my screen (next to the 'gear' icon) there is a button that should theoretically open the quick access menu allowing me to customize the panel without entering the settings app manually. Unfortunatelly, it doesn't. The screen is fully operational, the button reacts correctly while being pressesed, but literally nothing happens. Hadn't the screen worked, I wouldn't bother you about it, but I'm a bit confused at the moment. I appreciate every help guys. Thanks in advance.
