Root Weird phone speaker issue?

For the first time this morning I tried to make a phone call and there is absolutely no sound coming through the phone speaker.
I looked into it further and the weird thing is that it plays sound like notifications and ringtones, but it won't play any music or let me audibly hear any phone call I make?
Does anyone know if this might be a bug or something? BTW I have completely reflashed my phone and its still screwed up.

Can viruses run from the External SD, because this really seems like a virus.
IDK, maybe from a downloaded mp3?

I try everything possible before I come post, so yes checked that.
My problem is however resolved by apparently deleting the voice dialer app.
