I have an LG L21G Destiny and it's running android 5.0. Whenever I try to open the play store without restarting my phone, it gets stuck in a permanent loading state. Also, whenever I have sync enabled my google account attempts to sync 24/7, but never seems to get anywhere. I looked for a solution and was told that removing my account could help, but it doesn't even let me do that. I tap "remove account" and "Ok" but nothing happens.
