Help Weird Ringtone problem

my sII has really weird problem with ringtone. I set my ringtone at highest volume so i would not miss a call. however, when someone calls me, my phone ringtone rings at very low volume for 3-4 seconds and then rest of the ringtone rings on the volume level set by me(highest). so basically my ringtone starts with low volume(which i haven't set) and then it changes to full volume(set by me) by it self.

this happens with all ringtones also if you install your own ringtone it happens with that too!

does any one have solution for this problem?
also solution for stock music player problem too!

this is a "feature" of Samsungs, and is common on many of their phones, the incremental ringtone. only way i know to get rid of it would be to flash a custom rom (like checkrom) and use a non-incremental mod (found it in checkroms kitchen app) to get rid of it.
