weird wallpaper glitch

weird wifi duplication wallpaper..has this happend to you?? its random and goes away on its own.lol

I had that happen on a couple of different custom roms in the past but I never figured out what caused it when it happened & it hasn't happened in quite a while.

I believe it's what they call a "draw over" glitch...
