Root Weird wifi problem??? (SOLVED)

Okay so my wifi turns on at will, every time I drop down the status bar it turns on, Every time I plug it in to the PC it turns on. Its really draining my battery.
PS. I know its not the rom it happens on two different ones... I did see just after I ported the rom a pop up telling me it would auto connect to a trusted network at will and I said thats BS... And looked for a way to stop/disable it... F*** no.. any Ideas??? I'm fresh out and looked everywhere...

Sounds like the Connection Optimizer got you.

Settings>More settings>Mobile networks>Connection optimizer and uncheck the box

-Or-

Delete ConnectionManager.apk from system/app

(Solution)>>>> Settings > Wireless and network (more settings) > mobile networks > connections optimizer. Uncheck the box in upper left corner. Viola!
