Having a big problem. yesterday i was using smali to remove throttle files as of ive been doin to all my phones but i adb push and reboot but the phone doesnt pass thru the metro logo this never happen to me before can it be the locked bootloader or something.

Un-throttle it how? Data throttling is done on metro's servers.
