Wells Fargo and CITI cards don't work with Android Pay on Wear 2.0

While Android Pay support on Android Wear 2.0 is one of the highlight features of the new update, the service currently does not support cards issued by two of the largest banks in the US - Wells Fargo and CITI. For now, Google isn't saying why the cards are not supported.
