Root What 3D roms work for our phones with a downgraded hboot?

I downgraded my hboot to 1.04 and now want to try out some evo 3D roms. However, according to this post, http://androidforums.com/evo-v-4g-all-things-root/594152-hboot-downgrade-working-aosp-gb-roms.html only 3 Evo 3D roms are working for our phones and they're all missing key functions like wifi or 3D or audio or camera.

Surely I didn't s-off my phone and downgrade my hboot for 3 roms that are missing key functions? Is there a new list of roms that work and have all important features working?

Has a list of roms you can flash. It is also a sticky at the top of the page, be sure to check it out its very helpful.

These guys also told you an answer as well I'm editing this post to refresh your mind.

Some of the newer Evo roms require the newest Sprint Hboot. Some of them require the older Hboot. Some work on any.

As mentioned MMS can be a problem regardless.

Hboot changes are in two places, the Hboot downgrade thread and the "fix everything" thread at the top.

As far as getting mms working on a evo 3d rom, as long as it is not aosp, just swap the apns.xml that is in the framework-res.apk and you will be good. I would also recommend modifying the build.prop to match that of a virgin mobile rom. You will also want to replace the vvm apk in system/app with the virgin one. By doing that I have successfully ported every sense rom on both ics and gb. I am personally running a gb rom now.

Sense 3.6 fully working
Sense 3.0 (gingerbread) fully working and mms
Aosp 4.0 broken 3d and mms
Miui broken 3d and broken 4g and mms

As for that rom it's not ics but it will work

Just to remind you what this person said, and to give you a better understanding of whats going to work, and whats not, that way you can make an educated decision, as to what rom is best for you. GL.
