I am in the market for a second android phone. (I have a One M8 already.) I am going to use it for development, and to test my CM themes. I am looking for something under 450 dollars, new or used. If I got a Moto X I would make my M8 the test device. (I am on Verizon.) I was also thinking of a Nexus 5 even though I cant use it on my data plan. What do you guys think?
