I see a lot of people asking how to get rid of an alarm notification that lingers but I have not been able to find anyone addressing my question. If, for example, I have OK Google set an alarm, I get the alarm icon in the system part of the notification bar.
I have other apps that use alarms and use the same notification icon and placement, such as SplenDO. If I forget which app I used for the alarm, how do I find out? If I drag down the bar, there is no info for icons on the right (system) side of the status bar.
Without this info, I cannot change or cancel the alarm.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S5, no root, Net10 service (AT&T reseller). Android 6.0.1.
