What app I should use for mirroring?

HI All
I have a htc one M7 unrooted that I want to mirror it on the Coby MID7012 Via usb.
The reason for USB is that it does not support bluetooth and I want to use it where I don't have wifi.
Any Ideas?

Does the TV have a USB streaming input? If not (and I doubt it does - most TV USB ports are to read audio or video from a USB drive), you can't.
