You could just pull down the notification and see - or are you being suspicious of someone else's phone here (we get several such queries each week, usually for heart-shaped icons)?

I don't recognise the icon, but she appears to be running so my first thought was some fitness app.

My vote would be a fitness app as well, although I couldn't tell you which one. The only girls running around here are running away from me.

I know this thread was started a long time ago but I also wanted to know what it was and worked out that it’s the Samsung Health app. Hope that helps someone in future.
