a screenshot would be helpful.....maybe amazon smile? or you can just look in the phone's notification to find out.

well to be honest we get this question everyday. just keep in mind that there are millions upon millions of apps each with their own notification icons....so you see it will be very hard to know what app is what even if you had an image of the icon.....unless it is a popular app like youtube or facebook we can only give you a guess at what it is....especially if you do not have an image to show us. most of these threads go unawswered....so i wish you luck.
p.s.......you can always just ask the person who owns the phone
