FWIW OP, the first Replyr you got was referring to an ICS based replacement launcher. If you were referring to an individual image (vs the entire picture), do provide more specificity.

I did specify. I said the clock right in my first post.

that looks like the ICS analog clock widget. however - for some reason - there is a black circular ring on top of it.

For the clock, I can build the hands and ticks using the free version of Custom Clock Widget, but the free version doesn't have that clockface.
