Help What apps can be deleted from Indulge?

i just got my Indulge today from having the Optimus M and I want to remove all the junk apps... but i aint had no luck finding what apps i can remove. I removed unwanted apps from the Optimus, but that was an LG and this is a Samsung... there are different apps.

Can someone please help me???
