What apps can I remove safely-Metro PCS

Just got a Kyocera Hydra Life from Metro and wanted to know what bloated apps I can remove without hurting the phone. Not going to Root it.

I am having an annoying problem. Is there any other kind ? Google chrome beta tries to update but always fails with not enough space on device. I have cleaned out all the bloat I can but this persists. I have a 32g sd card in the phone. No other strangeness. This is a kyocera C51070 running ics 4.0.4. Is rooted. Anyone have a clue ?
