Help what apps can you safely remove

i was just wondering if anyone knows what apps you can safely remove once your phones been rooted....

I always remove gmail.apk, email.apk. I use k-9 mail so these are useless.

AxT9IME.apk you can remove if you don't want the Samsung Keyboard.

SNSProvider & SNSAccount you can remove if you don't want facebook sync'ing.

Better yet, list what you want to remove and I'll pass on what I know about each apk.
