What Apps Should Every Android Have?

********* Office HD for Android. They claim that the new beta version will give complete compatibility with Microsoft Office. I don't know about that but having tried quite a few office apps over the years it seems the best one so far.

Link? I don't see anything called Office HD.

NoRoot Firewall (thanking the creators of this, as Google Play would've eaten my entire data plan without my knowledge).

Puffin Browser (great way to view desktop sites).

Naked Browser.

Shazam.

VivaVideo.

Phone Silencer (helps to remind you to turn ringer back on).

MX Player.

******** (you must sideload this one).

Total Commander.

QuickPic (if you're unhappy with your gallery, and below KitKat).

Gentle Alarm.

Over.

Image 2 Wallpaper.

PicSay Pro.

Pixlr.

10000+ Free Ebooks (sideload only).

Contact Remover Plus (bye bye, annoying emails popping up in my contacts with no prior way to remove with stock).

Imdb.

App Cache Cleaner.

TextNow.

Widgetsoid.

These apps have traveled to all the phones I've owned.

Oi, the asterisks are supposed to be T_ ubeMate. Hopefully the underscore will allow you to read it now... (Underscore not in original app name). Perhaps it's against forum rules to post, but honestly here, it allows me to stream YouTube in lower quality than the native app allows, saving me a ton on data.

Almost everyday a new app hits the market. Every apps offer some new fun, convenience, or benefit that all of the other apps on the market cannot deliver the same way this

(1) ColorNote, for taking notes (unlike Evernote, they are accessible offline, as notes should be). It amuses me to see people with smartphones still carrying notepads wtih everything handwritten and susceptible to being lost. Backs up and syncs to the cloud as well, so when you switch phones your notes come right along.

(2) Timed profiles, for having your phone automatically turn its sounds back on after a specified amount of time on silent. No more forgetting to unsilence your phone.

(3) One Touch Location, for sharing your location with someone else, particularly if your car becomes disabled in a strange location (no more having to explain every tricky turn and landmark)

(4) Opera Mini/Boat Browser, for having other browsers.

(5) Moneywise Pro, for keeping track of your expenditures (no more overdrawn checking accounts, for one)

(6) TouchPal X keyboard, its edit panel gives you easier access to clipboard copy-paste commands, along with arrow keys. You can also make its keyboard larger.

(7) Quick Settings, customizable interface that gives you quicker access to things like screen timeout, brightness, GPS off/on, data off/on, sync, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc.
