Hi Guys.

I have kinda of got my answer to this question, but if anyone can smooth it out a little more I would appreciate it.

When talking to developers I am often trying to find out what the best milestones would be and have established the following:

Assuming I have already created in-depth wire frames explaining as much as possible in terms of what I would like the developers to do. The app will be primarily on Mobile, with a supporting website that will "mimic" features of the app but draw data from a central database that gets "filled" by data from the user's mobile handset.

Step 1: Project manager discusses entire project with you.
Step 2: Complete Graphic layouts and look&feel are decided on and created.
Step 3: Back end coding is started.
Step 4: API is created
Step 5: Admin Site is created
Step 6: Database is created
Step 7: Website is created
Step 8: Full battery of testing (if needed steps 2-7 is refined)
Step 9: Release

Post release: Support and refinement of app

Has anyone got a more clear step-by-step example as to how they go about creating apps from reviewing wire-frames to deployment and support?

Regards
