I am new to sprint, and given there are so many different places you could get Epic from, I wanted to ask the community members who have experience with these places about the return/exchange policies of different stores. The ones I can think of on top of my head are:
1)Sprint Store
2)Sprint Online
3)Best Buy
4)Radio Shack
5)Amazon
6)Wirefly
7)StudentRate
My questions are:
-Do we have to return/exchange from where we bought it, or it can be returned elsewhere also??
-If we buy from an online store, and have to exchange the phone, would they send us a new phone before we send ours back, or vice-versa?
-Do all stores listed here charge $35 to exchange a unit even if the unit was defective or had some issues?
