I've never seen anyone do a thread on this so here it is...
My favorite app is the Go Launcher Ex because of all the custimization you can do.
Power Amp is by far the best Music player out for android in my opinion. you change change and customize every thing you can think of with that app.
I also like Handcent SMS, RD3, and Ringtone maker.
