what can you do with a rooted Lucid

I'm thinking about rooting my Lucid. My understanding is that a custom ROM is not yet available. If I root but don't have a custom ROM, can I still install SetCPU to under/overclock? Also, can I install an app to toggle between 3G and 4G? (I tried installing apps to toggle, but they don't work...)

Besides removing bloatware, what can I do with a rooted Lucid without a custom ROM?

I have a rooted non rom'ed Lucid as well. I rooted mainly for droidwall, a firewall to block specified apps from accessing the net. I have tried a few different overclock/overvolt apps and none will overclock above rated cpu speed. They will undervolt however. You will need to flash a custom kernal to overvolt. I belive there is one avaliable however at the moment am not sure of the link. If i find it i will post it. There are also multiple apps that require root you may be interested in, search "root" in app market and let the fun begin!
