Ma}{imus Well-Known Member Jan 11, 2011 #3 4 would be the absolute minimum. Class 2 sd cards are known to cause issues in the Optimus S.

V vapore0n Newbie Jan 14, 2011 #5 I got a standard Sandisk 2Gig card from kmart. No speed specs anywhere, but this resolved completely the SD unmount problem. Guess the issue was the Samsung cards. My mom's S came with a different card, and has never experienced the problem.
