What Clock Widget Is This?

Can anyone help identify this clock widget please? I would greatly appreciate any help.

I've been hunting for a while, and I think this is the "plates" theme for Open Home. Anyone know how to get just the clock as a widget?

Thanks for the suggestions, Harry. What I'm really looking for is the plate with the screws. I'm using an all-wood theme, and I would like that clock on my home screen.
