What do I do? Epic 4g root

So I rooted my Samsung Epic and I got Clockmod 3.0, but I forgot to put the Syndicate zip file in my phone before i started the clockmod. What do I do?

Boot into recovery (clockwork), then go to mounts, and mount usb storage. You can then put any zip on through the computer.
