Help What do I do?

Love the features of this phone, but I'm at an impas....don't know if I accidentally removed some of the apps necessary to make this thing work properly or not. Cant send text messages longer than one sentence, WiFi tether doesn't work at all, sometimes it freezes on me, batery gets drained after only 3 hours of use, talk to text doesn't work, and the app it says I must install for it to function wont install! Unrooted comando flashed to cricket service. I am at a loss here, but need a sturdy phone like this for my job. Please help me figure out how to make this thing work properly.

You have probably heard this before, but try factory reset. But backup your data first!

Thanx, still cant seem to get the robin app to work properly but I doubt thats my phone. Still have a low battery life, but that might not be fixable.

Would you be able to flash cricket again? What i suggest will require you to do that again. Do you have custom recovery and or boot.IMG if not are you willing to flash them?
