Um, the Account Settings is like the storage for the activation settings, which of course let you use the phone as a phone. pretty sure the same with activation utility service.

Aging Test-no idea?!
AirG Chat-VM bloatware to backup then unistall.
Android Keyboard-the keyboard? lol
Android Live Wallpapers-the live wallpapers, if you use them. also runs when not using live wallpapers.
Battery Parameter Upgrade Wizard-idk
Battery Protect-o idea, guessing software to keep the phone from overusing the battery, or what keeps the phoe from charging while overheating.

G-Sensor Calibration-the gravitiy sensor, and the calibration settings that let it be used in apps

GPS Deleter-wtf?
Hidden Menu-probably tethering, options for roaming, etc that are hidden.
logtools-the system log, that modders use to see what a kernal or rom is doing on the phone. very important
logtools-same as abouve
Pico TTS-uhm I dont remember remeber seing it somehwere...
SD Card Test-the software to check to see if the SD card is in use by computer etc.

I dont claim any of this as fact, just saying thats my edumacted guess at it. ;P
