What do these task bar-icons mean?

There are a couple of icons in the task bar on my M8 that I can't figure out what mean.

I've attached a screenshot and highlighted the icons with red circles.

one on right is the nfc icon left is boomsound

Thanks. Any clue on the other one? It comes and goes, but I haven't picked up a pattern yet as to why.

From left to right:
System Update, Spotify, BoomSound, Headphones plugged in, NFC, Alarm, 4G, signal bars, Battery, Clock. I am sure you knew most of those. The two you circled are BoomSound and NFC. BoomSound comes on whenever you are listening to music via speakers or headphones. It goes away when you stop listening.

I had an M7 before, so that's why I didn't recognize the Boomsound logo. But I guess as they got rid of Beats it makes sense that they don't use that logo anymore.
