Help What does the "unavailable" option under the Auto Reject List do?

I have been getting prank calls from a 'Restricted' number today. I started exploring the GS3's call options and discovered the Auto Reject List. Very cool. You can add numbers to automatically block. But of course I can't add the Restricted number, because I don't know it. Will checking "Unavailable" block restricted numbers? Nowhere can I find any description of what this option does. I wouldn't want to inadvertently block someone.

Yes unavailable should block "restricted", "unknown", "unavailable", "Withheld" (Every country calls it something different you see?!)

Is there a way to have the phone numbers that are on the reject list not show up in the call logs? I could do this with my HTC One S but can't find that option with the SGS3 (T-Mobile).
